Crown America NDC, St Lucia

 

This factory building in St Lucia is one of many that we have built for the National Development Corporation (NDC) in St Lucia. The factory is used for making goods for the USA market.

This is a typical factory building for a tropical climate; a single storey, well ventilated factory building, with large eaves overhangs to providing shade for the walls. There are plenty of windows and roof lights providing the factory floor with lots of natural light. The building also includes large vehicle doors, so that the goods can easily be brought in or out of the factory building.
